چکیده

Abstract The consortium of bacteria that inhabit the rhizosphere, acting as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria is known indigenous rhizobacteria. Rhizobacteria can produce chemical compounds protect plants from pathogens and various plant-disturbing organisms. Optimization yield patchouli be done by utilizing potential derived rhizosphere. This study aims to obtain capable producing secondary metabolites HCN compounds, siderophores chitinolytic enzymes which are thought biocontrol agents in protection. soil samples used were taken rhizosphere areas three locations, namely Alue Abed, Aceh Jaya Krueng Itam Purwosari, Nagan Raya. exploration results obtained 4 isolates Calang, 8 Itam, Raya 37 Based on test qualitative quantitative physiological properties, 34 able HCN, 49 produced 42 carry out enzyme activity. isolate candidates for future testing bio-protections pathogen attack.

Chitinolytic assay of indigenous Trichoderma isolates collected from different geographical locations of Chhattisgarh in Central India

Chitin is the second most abundant polymer in nature after cellulose and plays a major role in fungal cell walls. As a producer of variety of chitinase enzymes Trichoderma has become an important means of biological control of fungal diseases. A simple and sensitive method based on the use of basal medium with colloidal chitin as sole carbon source supplemented with Bromo cresol purple (pH indi...

Selective Isolation and Screening of Actinobacteria Strains Producing Lignocellulolytic Enzymes Using Olive Pomace as Substrate

Background: Olive pomace, as the main by-product of the olive oil industry, is recently recycled as fermentation substrate for enzyme production. Objectives: Actinobacteria isolates were separated from an Algerian soil under olive pomace cultivation and were evaluated for their lignocellulolytic enzymes production.Materials and Methods: Isolates of Actinobacteria were separated from ...

Selection of phytotoxin producing rhizobacteria.

In order to select phytotoxin producing rhizobacteria to control weed plants, twenty five bacterial strains previously isolated from the rhizospheres of various plants were grown in a liquid medium and, after cell removal by centrifugation, the liquid phases were freeze-dried and the products were extracted with ethyl acetate/methanol. The extracts were concentrated to dryness under vacuum and ...

Cultural conditions on the production of extracellular enzymes by Trichoderma isolates from tobacco rhizosphere

Twelve isolates of Trichoderma spp. isolated from tobacco rhizosphere were evaluated for their ability to produce chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase extracellular hydrolytic enzymes. Isolates ThJt1 and TvHt2, out of 12 isolates, produced maximum activities of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase, respectively. In vitro production of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase by isolates ThJt1 and TvHt2 was tested under...

Partial characterization of chitinolytic enzymes from Streptomyces albidoflavus.

Streptomyces albidoflavus NRRL B-16746 secreted three types of chitinolytic enzymes: N-acetyl-glucosaminidase, chitobiosidase and endochitinase. Optimal activity for all three types of enzymes occurred at pH 4-6; however 55-74% of the chitobiosidase and endochitinase activity was detectable at pH 8-10. Chitobiosidase activity originated from two strongly acidic (pI < 3.0) proteins with molecula...
